Things to Keep in Mind

We genuinely hope that you adore your Rosecloud Makeup Bag or Case as much as we do. However, if for any substantial reason you wish to initiate a return, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

♡ In instances where a package is lost or if customers are dissatisfied due to product damage, we facilitate exchanges, returns, and refunds. Customers have a 30-day window from the date of receiving the package to initiate a return or exchange, bearing in mind that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer!

♡ To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that exhibit signs of use, damage, contamination, or alteration may be declined and returned to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

Should you wish to proceed with a return, kindly reach out to us to begin the process, and you will be directed to our returns service. Upon submission of the form, we will respond to you via a separate email with detailed instructions. Please take note of the following:

♡ We do not cover the cost of return shipping*, which will be deducted from your refund.

♡ Returns beyond the 30-day receipt window cannot be accepted, and items sent to us after 14 days may be declined.

♡ When dispatching your package at the post office, we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage for future reference.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. Should more than 15 business days have elapsed since we approved your return, please don't hesitate to contact us at rosecloudstudioshop@gmail.com.
