RISK OF LOSS

When you purchase items from Rosecloud Studio, they are shipped based on a shipment contract. This means that once we deliver the items to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for those items transfer to you.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Rosecloud Studio, you agree that these Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the state of Germany. Any disputes between you and Rosecloud Studio or its associates shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

DISPUTES

If any dispute arises relating to your visit to Rosecloud Studio or products purchased through our platform, it shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Germany. However, if you violate or threaten to violate Rosecloud Studio's intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to seek appropriate relief in German courts. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the prevailing rules of the Germany Arbitration Association, and the arbitrator's decision will be binding and enforceable in court. This agreement prohibits the consolidation of arbitration involving other parties.
